  • Our philosophy of travel is low-impact and low-volume. We invite our visitors to have a meaningful experience with utmost respect for the island’s ecosystems. Although in isolation, the island is a place where we can nurture a deep connection with nature. In Danjugan Island, we…
    • Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but bubbles, and kill nothing but time.
    • Practice protocols for the safety of guests & staff.
    • Enjoy local dishes, with locally sourced ingredients, and organic if possible. Dietary requests can be arranged.
    • Conserve freshwater and solar-powered electricity stored for use by all visitors, so we practice mindful consumption. There are no air-conditioned rooms, hot showers, and WiFi. Mobile reception is limited.
    • Clean as we go, reduce, reuse and recycle when we can. (Waste Management)
    • Protect wildlife by not starting bonfires, making loud noises, nor bringing invasive species. We love pets, but they cannot enter the sanctuary. (Keeping the Wild)
